Cross Grooved Shaft

Please make sure that the bellows, which cover the shaft have no cracks. As soon as cracks are detected on the bellows, they must be replaced immediately. When replacing the bellows, please make sure that the cross spline shaft is completely cleaned and re-greased with the grease recommended by ERS, and the wear of the shaft pin is checked. We recommend that the pin be replaced with a new one at each service. the two flange bearings of the shaft should also be inspected during the inspection. It is important that the two red round belts and the corresponding pins are replaced at every service. please never use a used pin to connect the round belts.
