We support systems we did not build. Whether you run a Sincro Mill line, a Wire Pro Series system, or a granulator or dust collection unit from another manufacturer, our team can service, retrofit and upgrade it — control panel upgrades, airflow optimisation, magnetic separation integration and dust containment improvements that bring older equipment up to current production and safety standards.
Parts are held in Atlanta. ERS maintains a stocked inventory at our own facility, so most components ship quickly rather than being made to order. From blades, belts, bearings and nozzles to motors, filters, ducting and control panels, parts are matched to original system specifications.
Technical support by phone, service on site. Our technicians are trained across all ERS product lines and can work through electrical, mechanical and pneumatic issues with you directly. Where an issue needs eyes on it, we dispatch field service technicians for diagnostics, preventive maintenance and upgrades. ERS systems also include secure remote diagnostics, so parameters can be checked and problems narrowed down without waiting for a site visit.
Every ERS installation includes on-site training led by factory-trained technicians, covering operation, safety and routine maintenance, so your own people can run and maintain the system from the first day of production.
