Monitoring of the filter functions
All sensor data such as the rotation of the central guide tube and the filter resistance are automatically transmitted to the filter cabinet. This data can be read on the LCD display of the filter control unit and, if necessary, alarms are triggered via the filter control unit in the event of a malfunction.
In order to control the rotary speed of the filter, there is a proximity speed sensor at the rear wall. In the bearing of the guide, the tube is four screws that generate the signal in the control device (4 signals per revolution).
If the filter is clogged, the standstill can be indicated by a signal of the sensor or by the current increase for the gear motor. In addition to the pressure difference display on the LCD control panel, some filters have an external pressure display.
