ERS supplies, installs and services the full Guidetti range across the United States. Guidetti recycling equipment covers the whole path from whole cable and mixed scrap through to clean, saleable copper and aluminum fractions, and ERS builds that equipment into complete engineered lines rather than selling it box by box.
Guidetti chop lines are the core of the range. The Sincro series takes insulated wire and cable and processes it through granulation and separation into clean copper granulate, with models scaled from smaller in-house recovery volumes up to continuous production. The Sincro Mill Line and Reco Mill Line extend that into finer recovery, pulling copper out of plastic tailings that a single pass leaves behind.
PMG pre-shredders handle what comes before the chop line. Sized from the PMG 400 through to the PMG 1600, with hydraulic variants where material is heavier or more awkward, they break bulky and mixed scrap down to a size the granulation stage can take without choking.
The Wire Pro Series covers copper, aluminum and radiator recycling for operations working those streams specifically, and dry separation tables sharpen final product purity on metals, plastics and wood recovery without adding water to the process.
What ERS adds is the engineering around the machines: feed and conveying, dust capture at the transfer points, separation interfaces, controls, and service after commissioning. A Guidetti line running inside an ERS-designed system is specified as one thing, installed by one team, and supported by the same people afterwards.

Guidetti equipment supplied by ERS
Cable chopping and granulation. Sincro 415, Sincro 530, Sincro 950, Sincro Eko Line, Sincro Line and Sincro Mill Line cover insulated wire and cable from smaller in-house volumes through to continuous production.
Copper recovery. The Reco Mill Line recovers copper from plastic tailings, and the Wire Pro Series handles copper, aluminum and radiator streams.
Pre-shredding. PMG 400, PMG 600, PMG 900, PMG 900 H, PMG 1200, PMG 1200 H and PMG 1600 break bulky and mixed scrap down ahead of granulation, with hydraulic variants for heavier material.
Separation. Dry separation tables sharpen final product purity without adding water to the process.
