Cold corrugator lines are increasingly used in corrugated production environments where compact layouts and stable output are required. Facilities operating equipment such as CORR24 cold corrugators or plants like Interpac running cold corrugator technology often face challenges with trim removal, matrix extraction, and dust collection during slitting, scoring, and downstream converting. ERS supports these operations with engineered systems designed to improve cleanliness, airflow stability, and overall scrap handling performance. References to manufacturers such as CORR24 or operators like Interpac are provided solely to describe the types of equipment commonly found in the industry.

ERS trim and matrix removal systems transport scrap efficiently from the corrugator and converting line, reducing manual cleanup and preventing buildup that can affect print quality and machine uptime. Integrated dust collection solutions capture lightweight fibers and fines at critical points, improving housekeeping and supporting consistent airflow across the entire system.

Facilities operating cold corrugators, including those using CORR24 equipment or similar systems, can rely on ERS for engineered trim removal, matrix extraction, and dust collection solutions.
