Engineered Recycling Systems LLC has completed the installation of a dust collection system for a new corrugated box plant in Canada. The project required careful planning and on‑site coordination due to the facility’s low ceiling height, which limited available space for duct routing, filtration equipment, and material‑handling components.
Our crew worked on site to install the complete system, which includes CCM filtration, trim separation, baler integration, dust briquetting, and front‑end shredding. The system captures dust from the corrugated converting equipment while also separating corrugated and cardboard trim for baling. Fine dust collected by the filtration system is compacted into briquettes, reducing disposal volume and improving material handling.
Despite the tight overhead clearance and the accelerated construction schedule, the ERS team ensured that all equipment was set, aligned, and commissioned without delaying the plant’s startup. The dust collection system now supports the entire corrugated operation by maintaining clean airflow, stable conveying, and reliable dust capture.
This installation highlights ERS’s ability to adapt engineered systems to challenging site conditions while keeping customer timelines on track. The new corrugated box plant now operates with a compact, efficient, and fully integrated dust collection system designed for continuous‑duty performance.
ERS continues to support corrugated manufacturers with engineered dust collection and trim handling systems built for reliability, efficiency, and seamless integration into modern production environments.
