TAURUS TLINE Mills, Shears and Balers

Compact metals recovery — from WEEE and electric motors to car bodies

TAURUS TLINE is the compact end of the TAURUS range: mills, rotary shears and balers sized for operations that process mixed, awkward material rather than bulk ferrous. ERS supplies, installs and services the line in the United States and Canada.

Where the larger TAURUS machines are built for volume and force, TLINE is built for liberation — breaking complex assemblies apart so the metals inside can actually be separated. That is a different job from making scrap smaller, and it is the job that decides what the output is worth.

DIMILL hammer mill

The DIMILL exists to put material into the best possible condition for separation. It reduces and releases rather than simply crushes, which is what frees copper from a stator or brass from a casing.

It is built for the awkward fraction: WEEE, small household appliances, valves and casings, internal combustion engines from end-of-life vehicles, electric motors, transformers, armatures and stators, meatballs, radiators, brass, zamak, water meters, tins and spray cans, window and door trimmings, packaging waste.

If you are already running copper meatball and armature processing or radiator recovery, this is the machine that feeds them.

DELTA rotary shear

The DELTA takes bulky and mixed material down to a manageable size before it ever reaches a mill or a separation line: appliances and kitchen furniture, archives, metal containers and electrical cabinets, sheet metal below 30 mm, heavy scrap below 6 mm, light scrap and collection, copper cables, end-of-life vehicles, tyres, bulky waste, industrial waste, packaging, pallets and wooden crates.

BIBLO baler

The BIBLO compacts reclaimed car bodies, light scrap and collected material to cut the cost of transport, storage and handling. It is a compact machine with a monolithic structure and an ELLE compression box at five or six metres, with two cylinders per cover, and the inner walls are high-strength wear-resistant steel.

The detail that matters on site: it works resting on the ground and needs no foundation. That removes civil works from the installation and makes it practical to put a baler where the material already is. A pack exit door and an operator’s cabin are available, and it runs on an electric or diesel motor for autonomous operation.

FAF refiner

The FAF refines the fraction the rest of the line produces, taking recovered material to a cleaner grade before it is sold.

Where TLINE fits in an ERS line

TLINE is rarely the whole plant. It sits between shredders and mills upstream and magnetic and eddy-current separation and density separation downstream, with dust collection designed in from the start — milling WEEE and motor scrap releases a fine, conductive dust that belongs in a filter rather than in the building.

ERS engineers the whole line, not the machine. We size the equipment to your feedstock, install it around your production, commission it under real load, and support it afterwards with spare parts and field service out of Atlanta. The rest of the range is on the TAURUS scrap processing equipment page.

Send material to our test facility in Atlanta and we will run it before you commit.
